Description

My birdhouse was created to appeal to young children. Vermont offers opportunities for discovery of wonderful creatures in our many meadows. Children are delighted when a ladybug lands on them or a dragonfly hovers nearby. I am too. This bird house meadow is teaming with eleven different species. I’ve added a counting book to accompany the birdhouse, offering a treasure hunt for all seventy six creatures.  

As an artist I often return to the bright colors and treasure hunts inspired by many years of teaching children’s art education.
