Description

I am mostly a watercolor artist but I incorporate some gouache and acrylic into my pieces. My style ranges from a semi-representational, modern style with use of negative space and saturated color to create a sense of movement and pop.  I love painting subjects with lots of color and detail – I see each shadow, highlight, and color within an object as its own shape – its own being. I capture the connection of each shape with a negative – space outline, giving every shade and hue of an object, movement, and dimension.
